In insolvency proceedings, he advises debtors and creditors at every stage of the process—pre-insolvency negotiations, inspection, conciliation, and bankruptcy—with particular experience in restructurings involving multiple creditors and judicial authorities. He also has public sector experience, having served as legal counsel at the Social Prosecutor’s Office of Mexico City.
