He regularly represents domestic and international entities in complex commercial disputes, including compliance with financial leasing, operating lease, and factoring agreements, enforcement of trusts and mortgage guarantees, as well as disputes in construction, energy, transportation, shareholder conflicts, and challenges to corporate resolutions. He has served as an expert in Mexican law before courts in the United States in insolvency proceedings and has extensive experience in domestic and international arbitration involving contract performance, construction, energy, and banking matters.
