Associate with a unique background, trained in the chambers of two Supreme Court justices and at one of Spain’s most renowned international law firms.
Juan has five years of experience in civil, commercial, and constitutional litigation, having represented several of the world’s leading technology companies in matters involving civil liability, moral damages, and freedom of expression. He has participated in cases related to administrative proceedings before consumer protection and personal data authorities, some of which have set national precedents before the SCJN. He joined the firm together with Edgar Grajeda and José Eduardo Saucedo, coming from Pérez-Llorca. Previously, he worked in the chambers of Justices José Ramón Cossío Díaz and Juan Luis González Alcántara Carrancá, experience that gives him a unique perspective on constitutional interpretation and precedent-building.
