Krishna is part of the disputes team, working closely with the partners responsible for the Civil and Commercial Litigation practice. She actively participates in litigation strategy planning, drafting complaints, answers, and procedural filings, and regularly assists in hearings and in the enforcement of judgments. She represents domestic and international clients in complex commercial disputes, including matters arising from financial leasing, operating leases, and factoring, as well as the enforcement of trusts and collateral guarantees.
